Erin is a lifelong resident of Ottawa and has established many roots along the way. Having been raised in the charming town of Manotick, then studying downtown at the University of Ottawa and then settling in Kanata to raise her family, she truly appreciates all that this region has to offer a prospective home buyer. Erin has a zest for life that is infectious, a key factor in the development of her exceptionally broad social network. Her passion, professionalism, determination and attention to detail makes working with Erin and her team a genuine pleasure. From a young age Erin’s love for people brought her into the sales and service world and early exposure to the family’s real estate business has resulted in a lifelong passion in the field.

Chris is well known for his hard work, dedication, and exemplary reputation founded in universal trust and respect. While he has been a constant and valued advisor to the team since the early days, we are proud to have Chris join our team on a full-time basis with a focus on our commercial real estate and business development. Having served as an ambassador to the Ottawa Senators for Over 20 years, including a period of time as President of the foundation. Chris has an extensive network that continues to grow with the business and development community.

Shannon has worked in the real estate industry for ten years, with a focus on buying and selling residential properties over the last seven years. With experience and education in both a research analyst and a sales role, Shannon provides the team and our clients with the facts required to make the more informed decision when buying and selling real estate. Shannon brings next-level organization and management to the team allowing every team member to focus on their clients and provide the best possible real estate experience.

MEET Christine Thibeau

Sales Representative

Christine grew up in the beautiful town of Carleton Place, ON, and moved back 11 years ago to raise her family. She has been working as a Real Estate Sales Representative for 10 years. Her genuine passion for helping people buy/sell real estate is evident in the relationships she builds with her clients who always become quick friends. Christine works tirelessly to represent her clients, and always has their best interests in mind. She will go above and beyond for you, and will never put herself in a position to be too busy to give you the time and dedication you deserve.

COMMUNITY MATTERS

Erin has dedicated most of the last 14 years raising her family and truly making a difference in our community. She as well as her husband Chris, have been involved with many charities such as; Candlelighters, 24Hr of Tremblant, Project S.T.E.P, Snowsuit Fund, Hopes Rising and Care Grows West Campaigns at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, D.I.F.D, the Ottawa Senators Foundation, Proud to be Me, and many more. She has been honoured with the United Way Community Builder award (2010), the Humanitarian of the Year award (2015 and 2016) and together they were the first couple to ever receive the Order of Ottawa (2016).

For winter 2021 The Erin Phillips team organized a fundraiser to collect Non-Perishables for the Kanata Food Cupboard as the holiday season approached and COVID was still heavily impacting our community and increasing the need for donations. Our team successfully collected 1200 LBS of non-perishables from our door to door collection and are so proud of our Kanata Lakes community that helped make that possible.
