I am someone who never writes reviews and never uses Real Estate Agents, …until now. I have bought and sold at least five homes on my own over the years without an agent. I decided to use Erin for the purchase of my latest home and was overwhelmed at how much I had missed and lost in my previous real estate sales and purchases. Erin went well beyond what is asked of an agent by paying attention to all of the details, knowing the industry inside and out, the demographics and providing her own contacts in the industry to research and inspect property.
